BY INCORPORATING COMPLETE STREETS AND CYCLE TRACKS, USERS OF ALL MODES OF TRANSPORTATION ARE SAFER. THE BIKE+WAY’S SPACES ARE ACCESSIBLE, SUSTAINABLE, FLEXIBLE, AND VIBRANT TO SERVE THE DIVERSE COMMUNITY.

THE PROJECT COMPRISES OF “YUPPIE” (YOUNG URBAN PROFESSIONAL) STUDIO APARTMENTS AND SINGLE-FAMILY APARTMENTS, A YOUTH CENTER, AND AN OFFICE TOWER. ON THE FIFTH LEVEL, A LARGE PUBLIC GREENWAY ALLOWS ACCESS TO A CYCLE PARK.
